Time flies sorry for update delays DITTO DITTO

SPRING BUSINESS:

we are well into our spring business and walk mowers seem to ne doing fine while LCE seems to be lagging. Weather has been favorable. Afetr becoming dry a few weeks back we went into a wet period and it continues favorable. As we warm up temperatures the grass will be exploding and most dealers are reporting good retail and service business.

Toro's new Timemaster has been phenomenal and we have just about caught up with back orders and availability issues. The Timemaster has been the big plus of the season and we are close to shipping 1000 of them, with dealers reporting most are selling through at retail.

Walk mower availabilty has been fairly good. We have had to chase a few models and the last of the challenges are in a truck coming from El Paso and most likely will hit our warehouse next Tuesday. We are trying to monitor sales flow every day and will continue to do so. If Toro has the models we will be ordering and getting product for you. We try to keep all models in stock this time of year

TORO DAYS PROMOTION. You should have received a mailing last week with details on Toro's annual spring promotion. We have placed several pages of the mailing, containing the key information, in the Current Programs Section for your use. The run dates are May 17 through the 31st. There is a $25 instnt rebate to consumers on the purchase of any Steel Deck Recycler. You will receive $20 back from Toro. There is a $125 instant rebate on selected TimeCutter SS models. You will receive $100 back. Your claim is made when you register the product on line using promo code 1160. Please refer to the details. (NOTE: We apologise if you did not receive a mailing in our initial communications. We try to assure our mailing list is complete and accurate every time we make a dealer mailing)

Reports from around New England indicate that the Landscape Equipment busineess is soft and slow getting going. Hopefully a good weather pattern will extend the buying period so we can make up some shortfall. All brands seem to be facing this same situation. Toro has extended Retail Financing terms to help close sales with 0/36 and 0/48. Toro also is funding a sales spiff on Series 2000 ZTRs and TPC has extended our Bagger Promotion through May 31. SNOWEX AND TURFEX BUSINESS UPDATE

We have elected to cease marketing the SnowEx and TurfEx products from Trynex International. It was our decision based on the facts that this product category is not a mainstay of our Power Equipment delaers and volume levels were not reaching expectation.

Currently Trynex is marketing both TurfEx and SnowEx products on a direct basis in the New England market.

WORLDLAWN UPDATE

As above we stopped marketing World lawn products as well. With the advent of Toro's Timemaster product we elected to get out of Worldlawn given the over lap of products to Toro product lines. World lawn has signed Gardner-Connell as their representative here in New England.

SNOW BUSINESS

We are trying to wrap up our Bookings for Snow for this coming season. As everyone knows this is going to be a challenging snow business, with lack of snowfall in 2011 and more carryover in the field than for many past years

Toro has revamped its whole Two stage product line with all new Compact models and a face lift on its larger Power Max Models. If you have not booked with your TPC Sales Representative please do so. There are some deadlines in the program and we want every dealer to take full advantage of program benefits this year.

MARUYAMA HAND HELD PRODUCTS - A NEW OPPORTUNITY

TPC has taken on the Maruyama line of 2-cysle Trimmers, Brushcutters, Edgers, Chainsaws. Hedge Trimmers, Sprayers and Misters. In fact Maruyama has one of the longest lines of quality products in the industry category. If you think Maruyama can be a positive addition in your store's product offerings please talk with your TPC Sales rep. We have had excellence acceptance of the product both at dealer and end user levels. More on this later.
